Looking for Hosts & Hostesses
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for friendly and dedicated Hotel Hosts & hostesses to join our dynamic team at Balder Luxury Lodge – a truly high-end hotel in Finnish Lapland, near the biggest ski resort in Finland – Levi! As a Hotel Host or hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
– Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
– Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
– Manage guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
– Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
– Working also as waiters & waitresses in our ‘a la Carte restaurant of 50 seats
Qualifications:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
– Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Ability to move to Levi, Finnish Lapland for the winter season
